Our luxury horse box bar & café “The Fabulous Filly “loves to trade at public events such as festivals, concerts, community fayre’s, charity events, sporting events and Christmas markets.
We can offer a range of drinks and catering options to suit broad audiences, complimenting other traders and providing a unique offer for visitors. When possible, we use independent producers and source high-quality products locally.
We are fully licensed, insured, provide trained bar staff and can arrange a Temporary Event Notice (TENS) to at your venue. We offer a cashless payment service but flexible to take cash.

SUMMER FESTIVALS & fayres
The Fabulous Filly bar menu will stand out with it’s floral & fruit inspired cocktails (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), twist on the classics, even signature cocktails for that particular style of event. As well as barista style hot and cold coffee’s, teas & soft drinks.
Cascaded with beautiful florals ‘Fenella’ The Fabulous Filly will show off her Peony flower wall and beautiful vintage accessories creating an Instagram worthy backdrop for any festival or fayre.
A chill out area of seating with eye catching props and display will ensure customers truly enjoy their drinks alongside the bar. Depending on the event, we can provide customers an bonus experience by teaming up with our partners to offer Glitter-Arty, Dog Bar or photo opportunities with a celebrity look-a-like. Christmas Markets
The Fabulous Filly just adores Christmas. This time of year our luxury horsebox bar & café offer winter inspired cocktails and mulled wine. Barista style coffee including luxury hot chocolates along side festive treats.
Decorated with festive garlands and wreaths, twinkling lights and vintage Christmas accessories ‘Fenella’ brings a warm glow and a Christmas cheer to any event. Or we can offer a fun element to any autumn/winter event with themed bespoke bar such as Apres Ski, Oktoberfest, New Years eve etc..
